21st International Union of Food Science & Technology

Dr. Ioannis Mourtzinos (Associate Professor) participated in the 21st International Union of Food Science & Technology (IUFoST) World Congress that took place in Singapore from 31 October to 3 November 2022 with a poster presentation on: “Green extraction solvents of tomato carotenoids and encapsulation of extracts in alginate beads”.
